Return and Cancellation

ORDER MODIFICATIONS/CANCELLATIONS:
DEADLINE: MIDNIGHT E.T. the day you place your order.

TO MODIFY/CANCEL YOUR ORDER:
If it is before midnight E.T. the day you placed your order, email us with the invoice number and exact changes you want to make and we’ll try to accommodate you.

If it is too late to modify or cancel the order and orders already shipped, sorry we cannot be responsible for refund.

If you want to cancel only part of your order, you will need to follow the return instructions that are enclosed in your package.

RETURN POLICY:
Refund
If we make a mistake on your custom order (such as faulty/damaged, have a faulty print, mispelling, wrong image printed, wrong phrase, etc) please contact us with images* of damages within 5 days of receipt of purchase. We will full refund your purchase including shipping charges with final approval*.
Returns must also comply with our user agreement.

We do not refund or exchange for change of mind, shipping or stock delays or if the customer chooses the wrong garment size. Please use our size guide for measurements and understand that the accepted tolerance for sizing is 2.5cm for half chest and length. Unforeseen delays of items are a possibility with freight carriers and delivery dates, we will full refund only if your order still not receipt/arrived till 35 days after purchase. We will always do our best and thank you for your understanding.

We take great pride in our commitment to customer service and are more than happy to assist you in any way we can. We want you to be happy and satisfied with your Distromedia experience however some circumstances are beyond our control. Please advised we cannot be responsible for:

  • Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors made by the customer.
  • Inferior quality, blurry or low-resolution of uploaded images by the customer.
  • Incorrect image upload by the customer.
  • Design errors introduced by the customer in the design creation process.
  • Incorrect product type,size or colour product selection by the customer.
  • Garment shrinkage in wash.

What can be returned: Only Items that are faulty/damaged or have a faulty print may only be returned.

What cannot be returned: No returns will be accepted after 5 days of receipt/arrived of purchase. Items with noticeable wear or washed cannot be returned. Items must be in the original condition you received them in, to be eligible for return.

Shipping charges for products returned: All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by buyer. We do not reimburse shipping charges.

*Satisfaction is guaranteed or we’ll happily give you a full refund for the shirts and other our product that you purchase, provided they are unworn and unwashed. For some reason (we doubt the images that you send, etc.) , sometimes we ask to return the items. All returned items must be in the original condition you received them in. Sorry, we do not accept washed items. If a washed item is returned, we’ll have to refuse it and no refund at all.
